To summarize our shipping terms-
The transit process is not always gentle and slight wear on the packaging may occur. Please note there is no refund/discount for this. Express shipping has been much safer than Ground options.
If you decline insurance, we cannot cover loss or breakage in transit.
I have read and accept the shipping and return policy. I understand orders cannot not be cancelled once placed for any reason. No returns are accepted & all sales are final. If an order is cancelled by your credit card processor there will be a restocking fee of $25 or 10% of the order total, whichever is higher.
Coupons can only be applied before the order is placed. Any coupons not used cannot be applied after ordering. Please check and make sure your coupon has been applied correctly, if applicable, before ordering. Send us an email if you have any issues and we'll be glad to sort it out.

Packages are usually packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Express orders (overnight or 2 day air) can usually be shipped same-day. Please call or email to confirm your item & address are eligible.
If there are any delays processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email and/or phone.
Transporting goods in extreme weather conditions and temperatures, even by Overnight service, may seriously damage any goods. We define these temperature readings or predicted temperatures of greater than 75 degrees or less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If we believe shipping your order in extreme temperatures will damage it, we will notify you ASAP. If you are expecting extreme weather conditions and temperatures at your shipping address after your order is submitted, please contact us so we can do our best to ensure your items are protected.
Free Same Day Shipping
Free same day shipping on your order of $75 or more to the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
Same day shipping applies to orders processed by 3pm ET, Mon - Fri excluding holidays.
Valid for standard ground delivery only.
$50 minimum order requirement applies to the order total before taxes and shipping.
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than ground, shipping charges will apply.
If Buyer wishes to arrange delivery of their goods after purchase, they are responsible and bear all risk, including selecting a carrier and providing delivery instructions. Purchaser will be assessed a 20% return/restocking fee should the shipment be returned to TeaYanUSA due to but not limited to the following: no person at least 16 years of age at the address at time of delivery attempt; the address provided is not valid; the shipment is refused by the recipient. UPS insurance will solely cover goos breakage or loss from time of purchase to time of delivery. Neither TeayanUSA nor its agents assume responsibility for any deterioration resulting from shipment and/or packaging, which includes, but is not limited to: scuffed and/or scratched labels and/or capsules/closures, cracked wax capsules, damaged bottle packaging boxes, or seepage. Buyer is encouraged to purchase secondary insurance for any and all items purchased from Teayanusa.com. All sales are final whether or not the purchase has left our premises.
Buyer certifies that they are 16 years of age or older. All transactions and prices listed are to be processed in United States Dollars. These terms shall be bound solely by the laws, rules, and regulations of The United States of America, State of California, County of Los Angeles, City of Los Angeles.
